Yes. The public sample claim pack shows an anonymised chronology, source references, evidence schedule, gaps and review checklist. Viewing it does not require an account or payment card.
Does ContractingClaims replace a quantity surveyor or solicitor?+
No. It helps teams organise facts, identify missing information and prepare consistent drafts. Every analysis and document must be reviewed by a suitably qualified professional.
Can less experienced team members prepare the initial record?+
Yes. Project teams can upload the basic records, organise the chronology and prepare a working case file. An experienced, authorised reviewer should then check the facts, contract route, notice timing, evidence and final wording before issue.
Is it useful when we already have a well-developed claim?+
Yes. Upload the draft with its supporting records to stress-test the position, locate additional support, surface contradictions and identify missing proof. It remains a second pair of eyes, not a substitute for professional judgement.
Which contracts are supported?+
The platform supports JCT, NEC and FIDIC workflows according to your plan. It only uses clause records supplied to the workspace and never invents contract wording.
How does the AI analysis work?+
Independent review passes assess the structured event record. ContractingClaims reconciles the results conservatively, keeps assumptions visible and continues safely if one review pass is temporarily unavailable.
Can we use our own letterhead and approval process?+
Yes. Company plans can add correspondence details and a logo to generated documents, request approvals and preserve every issued or revised version.
Is our project data shared with other customers?+
No. Workspace data is isolated by organisation using Supabase row-level security, and provider keys remain on the private Railway API service.
What happens when monthly AI credits run out?+
Your projects, sources and documents remain available. You can wait for the next metered-monthly allowance, move to a larger metered plan, or change to an unlimited annual subscription.
How do renewal, cancellation and taxes work?+
New metered monthly subscriptions have a seven-month minimum commitment and are billed monthly. You can schedule cancellation at any time for the commitment end; after that date the plan continues month to month until cancelled. Annual subscriptions renew yearly. Applicable taxes are shown before payment confirmation.
How are uploaded files protected?+
Uploaded evidence is private by default. Access is checked against company membership, files are delivered through expiring signed links, and administrative actions are audited.
