Product
One structured project record, from source evidence to review-ready draft.
ContractingClaims helps contractors, subcontractors, quantity surveyors and commercial teams organise evidence, identify gaps and prepare editable claim documents. It supports the workflow; it does not decide entitlement or replace professional advice.
A project has been delayed
Prepare the event chronology, notice record, affected activities, mitigation and supporting evidence.
Review the workflowWe need an extension of time claim
Connect the event, programme record, cause and effect, reservations and evidence schedule.
Review the workflowWe need to substantiate loss and expense
Organise cause, period, cost categories, calculations, labour, plant, invoices and ledger support.
Review the workflowWe need visibility across projects
Track deadlines, owners, risk, status, days, values and next actions in one claims register.
Review the workflowWhat the software does
- Keeps sources, events, deadlines and outputs in one organisation workspace
- Extracts and organises dates, parties, facts and references for confirmation
- Builds chronologies, evidence schedules, notices, claims and submission packs
- Links material draft statements to selected sources and page locators where available
- Flags missing records, contradictions, assumptions and items requiring review
- Preserves versions, approval decisions and a visible activity history
What the software does not decide
It does not determine contractual entitlement, calculate a legally reliable deadline without the operative terms, perform expert delay analysis, certify quantum, provide legal advice or guarantee recovery. A suitably qualified person must verify facts, contract wording, analysis, recipients, service and the final document before issue.
See the evidence standard before signup
The public worked example shows a source register, chronology, source-linked statements, evidence gaps and an approval checklist. It uses illustrative information and claims no real project outcome.
