Keep shared company information accurate without mixing it with personal account settings.

Quick answer
Personal profile and security belong under Your account. Company name, branding, defaults, members and billing belong to the shared workspace and require the appropriate role.
Personal account or shared workspace?
- Your account contains your name, photo, job title, preferences and sign-in security.
- Workspace settings contain the company identity, logo, shared defaults, members, subscription and data controls.
- Changing your personal profile does not change company letterhead or another member's account.
Prepare company details
- Confirm the legal or trading name shown to users.
- Upload a clear PNG or JPEG logo no larger than 5 MB.
- Check the logo against both white document backgrounds and the app header.
- Review member access and billing ownership before inviting the wider team.
How branding affects outputs
Company branding can be used in generated document presentation, but users must still confirm the correct sender, recipient, project particulars and issue status before export.
