Use source-grounded analysis safely
Build a case file, find gaps and test a position without hiding unsupported assertions.

Quick answer
Select the right ready sources, state the task clearly, inspect the citations and missing-information list, then have an experienced person verify every material fact and contractual conclusion.
What source-grounded means
The source assistant is instructed to use the selected authorised sources and recorded event context. Material points should show a source reference and a page or section locator where the extracted material provides one.
An answer without a verified source reference should be treated as unsupported, even when the wording sounds plausible.
Choose the right first action
- Build case file: organise facts, chronology, evidence, contradictions, gaps and risks before drafting.
- Create timeline: place supported dates and events in order and expose missing periods.
- Identify missing information: find weak evidence, unsupported assertions and the most useful records to obtain next.
- Compare documents: inspect differences, inconsistencies and contract-form mismatches.
- Ask sources: investigate a focused point before asking for a formal document.
Treat contract and notice points carefully
The factual issue and potential contractual route should remain separate but connected. A missing clause reference at intake is a confirmation item, not automatic proof that the factual position fails.
Notice review must distinguish the contractual requirement from the practical chronology of knowledge, notification, recipient and service. Record why notice was given at the earliest practicable opportunity only where the evidence supports it.
Complete professional review
- Open the cited source and verify the material fact in context.
- Confirm dates, recipients, service, clause wording and any calculations independently.
- Resolve contradictions rather than selecting the most favourable wording.
- Keep unsupported points in the missing-information or assumptions section until evidence is obtained.
- Record who reviewed and approved the final issue version.
