Quick answer
Open the completed output, edit the structured content, use the assistant for focused revisions, inspect version history and evidence references, then export only after the review status and particulars are correct.
Use the document workspace
- Review the formatted preview rather than relying only on raw text.
- Edit the title and body directly where permitted.
- Ask for a focused change such as rewriting one section or improving tone and structure.
- Use selected source files when a revision needs additional evidence.
- Review and restore earlier versions when a change should not be kept.
Check before export
- Confirm the company, project, sender, recipient, dates and document status.
- Verify every material source reference and resolve missing-information warnings.
- Check headings, tables, page breaks, numbering and long text in preview.
- Complete the required professional review or approval.
- Export PDF for controlled presentation, Word for further authorised editing, or Markdown for structured reuse.
Protect issued versions
Formal claim documents can preserve immutable PDF and DOCX versions. Keep the issued version, approval record and evidence set together so later edits do not obscure what was actually sent.
